Liverpool Hope University

We were appointed to deliver a comprehensive hard and soft landscaping package as Principal Contractor for the redevelopment of the Hope Park campus at Liverpool Hope University.

The project transformed key external areas through the installation of high-quality hard landscaping, including premium paving, concrete and Bitmac surfacing, alongside the construction of new masonry and retaining walls. Our soft landscaping works included extensive tree planting with integrated irrigation and tree protection systems, as well as the introduction of new shrubs and planting schemes to create an attractive, vibrant and sustainable campus environment.

Working within a live university campus, we successfully fulfilled the role of CDM Principal Contractor, carefully planning and managing all construction activities to ensure the safety of students, staff and visitors. Maintaining uninterrupted pedestrian access and implementing robust traffic and pedestrian management measures were key priorities throughout the project, allowing the university to continue operating safely while works progressed.

The completed scheme has delivered a high-quality, welcoming landscape that enhances the campus environment while providing durable infrastructure and sustainable planting for years to come.
